ABCs 4 SLPs: A is for Apps - Updated Applications for Articulation and Apraxia of Speech List

ABCs 4 SLPs: A is for Apps - Updated Applications for Articulation and Apraxia of Speech List image
It has been 2-3 months since I released my first application list - Apps for Articulation Therapy. I kept working on it even after I posted it to make sure I had all of the applications I could included on this list. This includes applications for the iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad, Android/Kindle Fire, and Nook. This list was updated up until this post with new applications including Articulation Scenes by: Smarty Ears and Phonology by: Learning Fundamentals, Inc.

This list includes applications which have flashcards at the word/phrase/sentence level, multisyllabic words, minimal pairs, and those which repeat what students say. I have listed the application name, price at the time it was researched, a short description of the application, the icon, and if it is available on the iPod touch, iPhone, iPad, Android, or Nook. This document will be updated when I have the time in the future. Read more to find the list at the end of the post.

I have worked for months on this list in my spare time after school, so if you feel that it has been helpful, there is a PayPal button at the end of this posts as well as on the right hand side of the page if you would like to donate a dollar or two. It would really mean a lot to me and help with the upkeep of this website.

I hope that this document is helpful to you! I have uploaded it in PDF format at the end of this post. To save the document to your computer, you can click on the link at the end of the post and it should bring up a window asking you where you want to save it to (or it may just open the file and you will have to click the "save" button in Adobe). You must have Adobe Reader or Google Chrome to view this document.

Feel free to comment with any other applications that I missed or comment as to whether or not this will help you choose appropriate applications for speech-language therapy! I am always looking for feedback, especially when I have spent a significant amount of time on something.
